Issue:

After upgrading Succession plan to responsive screens, could not access succession plans through quick actions like ‘Add to succession plan’.

We were able to access all responsive succession plan pages through normal menus and the responsive pages works well.

Action taken:

Checked all profile options and compared roles between instances (since in our development instance quick action is working fine)

We have also checked in structures whether it is a responsive menu.
