Using Default value on a form. I need to us the LN function (Natural Logarithm)

I need to use a formula on a default value for a property, is there a function that can be used for Natural Logarithm in OFS.

I'm completing a form for our new Process area going onto Oracle Mobile, For this the user needs to record values (pressure readings) of a water network. We need to highlight to the end user if the values are a Pass or Fail. In order for this to happen we need to calculate on the form in real time the values enter.

this uses the LN (natural logarithm) function in excel on the current process (pre- OFS).
