Rejected By Employer Notification Delay Until the Requisition is filled

We don't want to send the Rejected By Employee when we are rejecting them immediately. We would like to wait or delay the Rejection Email until the requisition is filled.

There are scenarios that we may reject candidate but dont want candidate to becuase we may reconsider them so want to delay the notification until the requisition is filed.

We tried Fastformula but it did not work

DEFAULT FOR IRC_CSP_REQ_STATE_NAME IS 'Draft'

 

CONDITION_RESULT = 'N'
