Workspace search limitation for old records

Hi Members,

I was looking for any document which specifies the maximum old date till which we can search records in workspace. I was not able to find records which are last updated in 2018,2019. So I can search records in workspace only if they are last updated in 2020 i.e upto last year only.

Please do let me know if this is expected behaviour or we can configure any options so that we can search old records as well.
