Can we delegate approvals for payments during summer?

Is there a way to delegate approval of bank account transfers and/or ad hoc payments?

Currently, we have approval flows for some entities that are the same irregardless of BAT or Ad hoc payment and for some they are different if the transactions is an ad hoc payment.
