New setup in account overview in our Cust Portal Page

Dear Folks,
A request from our dealers that they would like to be able to see incidents from the entire organization and not only their own incidents in the account overview in custhelp page.
We would like to setup the Account overview in our portal, so it is possible to choose both my requests (incidents) and My organizations request(incidents). It should be similarly to the functionality we have in Oracle support today, see the attached figure .
Have anyone implemented this in your pages & could you please suggest the best & easy approach for this change ?
