Tryin to load the Certifications and licenses as content items in the Talent Profile

I am struggling with building an HSDL for a load to the talent profile for Certifications and licenses. 

The path is My Client Groups>Profiles>Item Catalogs>Licenses and Certifications>Then adding them. (Please reference screenshot). I would like to think this is doable, but need my experts' help in the community to achieve this. I would appreciate it!
