Onboarding Electronic signature - Native how to have IP the address saved in the document?

Hello,

In Onboarding , we have an Electronic signature - Native.
but when the user puts his exact name and submit - name  , email date - all are saved in the doc,
but the IP Address - ISNT SAVED when viewing the document of the employee.

what could be the reason please ?
