Oracle terminated my cloud tenacy and refuse to offer any support

I just signed up for free trial last week and somehow OCI decided to terminate my entire account without any warning, and even refuse to offer any support from the online chat. I've searched anywhere and have no idea why I was denied to use OCI, I have never signed up OCI before and I have linked an US credit card. Just when I thought I can learn sone OCI skill and I was hit with this frustration. If anyone can even explain what is going on I would greatly appreciate that.
