How to avoid that managers without available budget (budget amount is null) make pay adjustments in
we have configured 5 budget pools with Severity When Over Budget set as Error. However, we have noticed that if I do not distribute budget, managers without budget can potentially work on compensation plans and award compensation on behalf of their direct and indirect reports without incurring in the error message.
Is there a way to avoid that managers with budget null (without budget assigned) make pay adjustments?
