Req. Status By Month Report

Hi,

I don't know why I'm having an issue trying to figure this out, but I am.

I would like to create a report that shows open, filled, pending reqs. by the month/year.

I want to show what was open during that specific month, new reqs for that month & what was filled.

I have tried using the "main status" date, but it's not returning the correct info.

I'm basically looking to create a rolling req. report.

Thoughts?
