Employees cannot see online version of Total Compensation Statement (TCS)

Hi All,

I have configured TCS and its working fine. As a compensation manager when i navigate to "View Generated Statement" i see online version of TCS and also get an option to print TCS. However, when I navigate as an employee ( Me --> Personal Information --> My Compensation --> Total Compensation Statement ) I only get printed version of the TCS. I dont see online version where you can drill down to each categories. 

Am I missing any setup or this is not supported my self-service?
