hi - We are looking to create a report to tell below on a Weekly , Monthly , Yearly basis

1. Number of candidates interviewed
2. Number of candidates selected
3. Number of candidates offered / pending offered
4. Number of candidate joined

I found from Oracle the existing system count fields doesn't give accurate values ,since they calculate the history of each record for specific status and give the value.

Any insights are highly appreciated.
