Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to set a minimum wage in Oracle HCM? I've found some posts that use the salary ranges as a minimum wage, but we are currently using ranges as a recommendation, not a hard stop on the minimum. I was wondering if there was other functionality that I was missing.
