'Sort by' criteria for the performance goals assigned to an employee

'Sort by' criteria for the performance goals assigned to an employee

Content

Hi,

I would like to understand the functioning of the following 'Sort by' criteria: 'Oldest to Latest' and 'Latest to Oldest'. In particular, I assigned a performance document to an employee in order to evaluate his/her performance goals. When I enter in the performance document, I display the list of the employee's performance goals (see the screenshot 'Goals_order.png'), then my question is the following: the 'Oldest to Latest' and 'Latest to Oldest' sort criteria, refer to the creation date of the performance goals or to the assignment date of the goals to the analyzed employee?
