I am using the SIM API (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/may2017/servicecs_gs/CXSVC/op-services-rest-connect-latest-incidents-{id}-get.html) to fetch submissions from SIM. In return, I get a JSON file that contains custom fields.
I am trying to understand where those custom fields come from and how are they populated.
