Hello Friends

If On Hand is not available and a Sales Order being submitted then it stuck at Reservation Step. My Question is how this step will move forward when Inventory is available? Does system progress by itself by having some kind of ESS Job running in back ground?

If my understanding is correct then what is that ESS Job called?
