Grade Ladder / Step Progression with no change to salary

Hi,

We have a requirement to progress staff through a Grade Ladder or Steps but not necessarily increase their pay. Example below:

There are other benefits that a member of staff is entitled to depending on their level, so we need to know which level they are on.

So far it seems that the system will not allow the same salary to be applied to different levels.

Is there a way to configure this in the system?

Level 1 £20,000

Level 2 £20,000

Level 3 £20,000

Level 4 £25,000

Level 5 £25,000

Level 6 £30,000

etc.
