Indivdual compensation plans - Data migration

Hello all

Oracle advises there is no hdl for doing data conversion for Individual Compensation plan enrolments.  We're using them for Voluntary Deductions.  We can load the payroll deductions with an hdl but not the enrolments to the plans.  I've posted to the Idea lab, however, we need a resolution this year for our project.  I can't find any way to do the data conversion technically, and we have too many to manually input.  Have I missed something?  What have other customers done?
