All workers visible under My Team > Add to Talent Pool

Hi All,

While logging in Line Manager, we are able to see all employees under My Team > Add to Talent Pool > Search. (shown in the screenshot) but we should be able to see only the direct reports in the search. We have the Person data security profile set a View Manager Hierarchy. Please advise.
