Hi community,

Curious what your opinions/approach/solution(s) is to optimize your main career sites to maintain candidate engagement following your transition from your legacy career sites to the Oracle Recruiting Career site(s).

We have found that the JavaScript site structure of the Oracle recruiting career sites makes our Career sites non-optimized for Search Engine Optimization. Therefore, third party search engines, like Google, cannot and do not scrape our Oracle Recruiting career sites.

We have begun to take a closer look at the possible impact the JavaScript site structure has on candidate counts following alarmingly low organic search #s and Google for Jobs #s, which we are able to track after enabling the google analytics feature in ORC.

Howdy, Stranger!
