Agency Hiring Icon is not showing up under my client groups even after adding roles and running security processes

Agency Hiring Icon is not showing up under my client groups even after adding roles and running security processes. We are upgraded 21B.

After agency Setup role has been added automatically but when I logged as agency recruiter agency hiring is not showing up. So I have run the below security process

Import User and Role Application Security Data
Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes

reffered below docs if there is any issue. configuration looks fine
