I-9 Best practices?
SummaryWe use an electronic I-9 process within Onboarding but have a fairly high rate of corrections needed.
Does anyone have best practices to help new hires fill this form out correctly? We have a correction process built in where HR can review and request corrections from the new hire on line, however this process seems to be very complex for some users, they don't complete the corrections until orientation when their Taleo record has been updated to employee... its messy.
Does anyone have best practices or resources to share? Understand that there are limits to the "help" text that can be added to the form. Just curious how other organizations navigate I-9 forms successfully.
