Our functional users have been looking for a way to quickly pull more information about employees without having to leave the service request. I was wondering if there is a way to add additional fields to the Quick Information pop up when clicking on the yellow dots next to a primary contacts name such as home address, vacation balance, hire data, etc. Currently, the Quick Information is limited to just basic employment information such as the manager, location, and email. Is there a way to add fields to this pop up?
