Quick Pay

Quick Pays and the retro process

Content

Hello,

I'm a new Oracle client and we do around 100 quick pays each pay period for corrections, etc.  When entering the quick pays we put them into the next pay period but date the elements for when they were earned, we run the retro process to calculate any overtime premium owed due to the FLSA calculation.  We have experienced some issues with this; sometimes the Quick Pays will get picked up again in the normal On Cycle causing our team members to be over./underpaid

How does everyone else handle quick pays and retro calculation to capture the correct FLSA period.

Howdy, Stranger!
