Candidate Selection Process (CSP) Questionnaires Display for all Phases and States Despite Applicati

Hi community,

Curious what other customers think about the questionnaire(s) that display on candidate's application's despite the questionnaires not yet having "triggered" for the candidate based on where the candidate is saved in the current candidate selection process (CSP).

For example:

Our CSP triggers the Request for Information questionnaire (titled the Eapp Questionnaire in the image below) when the candidate's application is saved in the Screen and Interview Phase, however from the hiring team perspective, the questionnaire is visible in the drop down on the candidate's application while the candidate is in the first phase: New.

 

Our business users find this to be a bit confusing, especially because we have experienced bugs in the past where the questionnaire responses have not been properly stored in the database and thus were missing from the UI. While we understand training can mitigate this concern, we are hoping to understand the overall perspective from other customers regarding this functionality.
