Person Record Required for Application Task Types

Since 21B, you now need to have a Person Record to 'see' certain Application Task Types e.g. Personal Details etc.

This is creating serious issues for implementers as we don't have Person Records in clients environments and is now not able to do configuration on Checklist tasks.

What is the work around here? Does anyone have any input please?
