The Payment Methods Task Type keeps disappearing when going back into the Task - has anyone encountered this behaviour?

E.g. Enter Your Bank Details Task with Application Task Type = Payment Methods, when going back into the Task, the Task Type field is blank and the Payment Methods Task Type has disappeared and we have to add it again.
