How to map learning courses with development goals?

Hi ,

 

Is there a way to configure the Learning section in development goal page to display a list of recommended  courses associated with the development goal selected.? For eg : when a user select development goal A from the goal library, only those courses will show up in the 'Select Learning Item' dropdown which are associated with the development goal.
