Display "Description Title" for Development Goals

Hello,

Under Career Development, goals currently only display the Goal Name and the text that gets entered in the Description box (check screenshot). Is there any way to also display the 'Description' title upfront along with the description content? I tried using Page Composer but I haven't had any luck.. not sure if I might be missing something. Any thoughts?
