Hi

Q1) How many Reserved Public IP can I make in the Free Tier?

Q2) When I first created the free tier, I created 2 reserved public IPs within 30 days (because there are 2 computes available for free)
30 days have passed and now it's always free. When trying to create a reserved public IP, the creation is limited.
Is it not possible to create after 30 days? Or is it because I have already created 2 of them?
