Adding Step Information to CSW

Is there a way to add to 'Step Information' so it will appear as a Call out in the Selection Workflow filter?  I've reviewed Comments and Step Information Setup Field's in a Candidate Selection Workflow (Doc ID 2507871.1) and  Help Text Instructions in Candidate Selection Workflow Steps (Doc ID 1561107.1) but it does not seem to work with Fluid Recruiting.
