Assignment Flexfields Auto Population

Hi there

Does anyone have a solution for this scenario:

Client has some flexfields that show up on assignment that could be pre populated based on other fields like Full Time/Part Time, Worker Type....

These are external vendor payroll fields that they want to populate without manually keying.  They need them in on day 1. 

Any thoughts?
