Contacting Current Manager - Internal Manager

Hi there

Any one have a solution regarding an email to the current manager of an internal candidate to alert them that their employee is applying and to make sure that they are eligible to move?

I'm not seeing a token for current manager so not sure if anyone has come up with anything else.
