Hi there,
Enabling in Structure the Manager access to Succession Plans I notice the there are 2 tiles under MyTeam> Quick Actions > Show more >Career and Performance> Add to Succession Plans.
One version that has is allowing Manager to Manage the Candidates in the sense it can use Best Fit, Talent Pools, and add Rankings and Risk/Impact of Loss, and a second version that does not allow the Manager to update Risk and Impact of Loss but Only Readiness and Status.
