Dunning letters going into junk folders


Any dunning letter sent from advanced collections is ending up in customers junk folders. customers have corporate gmail or other e-mail accounts.

Is there a way to ensure that dunning letters do not end up end junk folders. It defeats whole purpose of dunning letter automation if system generated mails are ending up as junks.

We as individual customers of utility companies do get mails on main inbox. I raised service request with oracle as response is that it is not controlled by oracle but by customer's mail-box settings. Is it that e-mail subject and body text needs to be put in a specific way so that it does no end up as junk?
