Payslip - Other Deductions Section is showing doubled amount

An employee had his garnishment (Involuntary Deduction) stopped for the pay for April 30th and a new order was started for the May 14th pay.
Once this happened, it was noticed that the values displayed on the payslip are different between the summary section - Involuntary Deductions and the Other Deductions section
Is there any documentation on how to debug the payslip xml to see if it is just a display issue?
I don't know if the issue is related to how the garnishment was stopped and then started again. I have included some screen shots, and our template as well as the XML file from an employee that this is happening to.
