while click on View Invoice ( Receivables > Billing > Search Invoice > Actions > View Invoice) No Invoice showing, Only small Pop up box opening.

I have tried actions on following note but still user with Read Only access cannot view the image

How to create Transactions Read-Only role for Receivables (Doc ID 2372533.1)

What setup am I missing
