need field name for Tax reporting unit

this is for Cummins Inc Customer. The approved use case # is 4.

I am using Business object : Payroll Assignment. the rule type is Object Defaulting Rule Type

I am not sure which field to select from Payroll assignment to default the TRU (tax reporting unit). it seems to have only Time card Required as an option.
