PayrollElementDetails - HDL completes but elements do not all create successfully

Hi all

Has anyone encountered an issue whereby the PayrollElementDetails file imports and loads without error but when viewing the setup in the Elements page not all of the elements are Completed, some are in Error?

If you delete the errored elements you can load them again and some will complete and some will error, eventually you get them all to load with this method. The elements that are created without an issue appear to be random as if you delete all the elements and re-load them again, a different one completes vs errors.

The log and message for the Element has no details and the Create Element from Element Template process completes successfully and the log file doesn't show any issue.
