We recently had a client that needed us to load interactions as part of a Taleo to Oracle Recruiting transition project, 

If you need an sample HDL I am pleased to share this below as couldn't find one on the community anywhere. 

One thing to note is the View Business Objects says don't provide the InteractionID when loading against candidates, but this is wrong as it errors without it.
