Use Case Approval

Hi team, really appreciate all the work ya'll have been doing.  I understand that there is a huge strain on the team to approve use-cases right now, but we have one for my project with COE00275.

I don't mean to be pushy but the client is asking about a follow up.  We submitted it on 5/19, whereas we submitted another on 5/28 which was approved quickly.  If the rule is not valid, then we would like that feedback so that we can come up with an alternate plan.
