Unable to create new ticket lists in HR Help Desk

Hey all,
I am trying to create new ticket lists in HR Help Desk through the "Create or Edit Lists" options, but when I click it all it does is pull up the Advanced Search option. I am able to save advanced searches normally, but I was wondering what the proper way to create new lists so that they appear in the available ticket lists. Also, is there a way to share this lists with the rest our HR Help Desk users?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
