Summary

Question on Payroll Retro processing - reversal of existing entries

Content

When a retro event occurs  and have seen retro processing triggered for the element who has Retroactive Event Group - Entry Changes for Retro and those  retro element entries ( shift_diff_Retro) are added to the element entries  for payroll processing  .

As an example there are 8 shift_diff_Retro element entries are  there for processing ,  the retro process has to calculate -ve earnings calculated  for  all the 8 rows and it  has to recalculate the +ve earnings calculated  for all the 8 entries and insert the 8 +ve rows. But  +ve earnings calculated entry is not happening .Process is just reversing the entries only(  inserting -ve earnings calculated rows ) , that should not happen , because there were no changes for the hours entries and earnings. So the existing entries should not be reversed .

Howdy, Stranger!
