Is it possible to add filters by Manager in compensation plan?

Hello experts,

I have noticed that there is no way to add filters by Manager in compensation plans.

If you look at Configure Filters task (please, see the attached screen); Manager value is missing.

Do you have any suggestion to add filters by Manager?
