Feasibility to allow approvers to edit offer notification similar to Core HR

We have seen in Core HR session when approver can able to edit values in approval notification.

Used the same role to approve job offer but unable to edit values. Is this functionality enabled / available for Recruiting ? 

Please advise us on this query. Thanks. 

Note : Access with person assignment enabled the user to edit the values.
