Multiple accounts are not showing up against SSU

We have assigned multiple account to the same contact which is a self service user. Only that account is showing which we assigned during sign up process. We are using 21B template and it states that when multiple accounts are assigned to a contact, a dropdown will appear. If we are removing contact from the initially associated account, still it shows the same account. Check the service too and it is returning only one account. Any help would be highly appreciated.
