SQL query to get net pay amount of an employee on the monthly basis

Hi All,

Creating an outbound interface where need to fetch the employee's monthly net amount. Hence, need SQL query  for the same.

Context: 

Employee have multiple assignments.

Balance Name is "Net Pay".

Payroll period type is "Monthly".
