How to configure Individual Compensation Plan for non HR users?
We have a requirement where we want to allow non HR users (finance users) to attach element to employees.
We are planning to achieve this using ICP as element entries will give access to all elements. We have below challenges
1. How non HR users can be given access to award individual compensation?
2. If they get access, how can we restrict them to have access to only once individual compensation plan, so that they dont see all plans?
Is there any other way to achieve this other than ICP?
