AND/OR statements not wording for Offer conditional regions

Hi there,

I am building an Offer Letter and would like some of the regions to display conditionally. However some of them should display for 2 recruiting types or if another offer attribute is a certain value. O therefore need to use AND and OR statements. I have configured these in the advanced tab of the BI publisher Add In for Word but when I have tested the offer letter, it pulls back the paragraph if either of the conditions is satisfied. What mistake am I making here? I have added screenshots of the setup.
